Social Media Manager

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to take over the KachiPlug brand voice across Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. We do not care about your degree. We care about your portfolio, your understanding of internet culture, and your ability to drive actual engagement and signups.

What You Will Do:

• Design and execute daily content strategies across Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Write conversion-focused copy that explains KachiPlug's services (P2P FX, Pay4Me, cross-border payments) to everyday users.
• Monitor daily fintech trends and insert the KachiPlug brand into relevant viral conversations.
• Track analytics and prove that your social efforts drive new signups and platform volume.

• Proven Results: You have a portfolio showing accounts you have grown or viral campaigns you have executed. We love seeing numbers.
• Deep Knowledge: You understand the Nigerian fintech space, freelancer culture, and cross-border payments.
• Self-Starter: You do not wait for instructions. You propose ideas, map the strategy, and execute relentlessly.
• Flawless English: Excellent written communication with proper grammar, and the ability to switch tone for different platforms.
