Terms and Condition

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KachiPlug Exchange platform at kachiplug.com ("the Service"), operated by KachiPlug Exchange, Nigeria ("KachiPlug," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account or using our services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

KachiPlug Exchange The digital currency exchange service owned by KachiPlug Exchange, Nigeria, accessible at kachiplug.com
User Any registered member of kachiplug.com who uses our services at their own free will
E-Currency / Digital Currency Any electronic payment method listed on kachiplug.com, including PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer, Bitcoin, USDT, Perfect Money, Neteller, and others
Order / Transaction A request by the User to exchange, buy, or sell digital currency through our platform
Payment Method Any means of funds transfer listed on kachiplug.com, including e-currency transfers and bank transfers

2. Account Registration

To use KachiPlug services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Register with accurate and truthful personal information (name, address, phone number, banking details, e-currency account details)
  • Provide valid identification documents when requested for KYC verification
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials (password, 2FA)

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at info@kachiplug.com.

3. Prohibited Actions

Users may NOT use KachiPlug for:

  • ❌ Trading on behalf of another person using their bank, credit card, or e-currency account
  • ❌ Third-party payments or transfers — the person sending funds must be the account owner
  • ❌ Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, HYIP programs, or any "get rich quick" schemes
  • ❌ Sale, supply, or facilitation of illegal goods or services
  • ❌ Money laundering or handling funds obtained through criminal activity
  • ❌ Counterfeit products or fraudulent transactions
  • ❌ Interfering with the functioning of KachiPlug's software, hardware, or communication streams
  • ❌ Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer our platform

Violation of any prohibited action may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending transactions, and referral to law enforcement.

4. Orders and Transactions

4.1 How Orders Work

  1. User submits an exchange order on kachiplug.com
  2. KachiPlug provides payment instructions (e-currency address, bank details, or wallet)
  3. User sends funds according to the provided instructions
  4. KachiPlug verifies receipt and processes the exchange
  5. The equivalent amount is credited to the User's dashboard or bank account

4.2 Exchange Rates

Exchange rates are determined at the time of order placement. Rates may fluctuate due to market conditions. KachiPlug reserves the right to adjust rates without prior notice.

4.3 Order Verification

All orders must pass due diligence procedures. We may require:

  • Proof of identity (government-issued ID)
  • Proof of fund ownership
  • Screenshot or confirmation of sending platform

If a User fails to comply with verification requirements, we may cancel or decline the order.

5. Data Privacy

KachiPlug will not transfer personal details to others unless required by a court order or government authority. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not take any adverse action against you without a court order or other legal basis.

6. Investment Disclaimer

KachiPlug Exchange does not:

  • Endorse any digital currency investments or merchants
  • Provide investment, financial, or tax advice
  • Act as an escrow agent or auction-related service
  • Guarantee the performance or market value of any digital currency

Warning: The use of e-currency and cryptocurrency exposes you to the risk of market value loss. Investing in High Yield Investment Programs (HYIPs) carries a very high chance of total loss. KachiPlug strongly advises against participating in such schemes.

7. Tax Responsibility

Any tax consequences arising from KachiPlug transactions are the sole responsibility of the User. KachiPlug does not act as a tax agent and will not notify you of any tax obligations. Users are responsible for reporting and paying taxes as required by the laws of their country of residence.

8. Limitation of Liability

KachiPlug Exchange is not a bank. We process orders 24/7 and apply every effort to ensure seamless operation. However:

  1. KachiPlug provides services on an "as is" basis without additional warranties
  2. Our total liability for any order is limited to the funds received from the User for that transaction
  3. We assume no responsibility for:
    • Delays in bank transfers or electronic payment processing
    • Losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the User
    • Losses arising from false expectations regarding fees, exchange rates, or profitability
    • Service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, power failures, war, strikes, or government actions)
  4. Electronic Payment Systems (PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer, etc.) assume sole responsibility for funds entrusted to them; KachiPlug is not a party to the User's relationship with these systems

9. Intellectual Property

All content on kachiplug.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of KachiPlug Exchange and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or use will be prosecuted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be settled in accordance with Nigerian law in the appropriate court of jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

KachiPlug reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification.
