Fintech Compliance and Fraud Analyst

KachiPlug is a P2P foreign exchange and cross-border payments platform. We help users move money between currencies and supported assets like PayPal balances, Payoneer, and USDT. As we scale, the safety and trust of our platform is non-negotiable.

We are hiring a Fintech Compliance & Fraud Analyst to monitor transactions, spot suspicious patterns, and protect every user on the platform from bad actors who try to exploit fintech apps.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct manual reviews of flagged high-risk transactions and KYC document submissions.
• Monitor daily P2P FX volumes to intercept phishing, social engineering, or AML risks before funds settle.
• Investigate suspicious wallet flows using blockchain explorers and internal admin tools.
• Collaborate with engineering to tighten automated risk thresholds and lower false positives.
• Draft compliance reports for internal review and regulatory readiness.
