Premium Customer Success Specialist

We are hiring a Premium Customer Success Specialist to be that human. You will be the direct, named point of contact for our most loyal and highest-volume users, making sure every transaction lands smoothly and every question gets a fast, personal answer.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as the named contact for our highest-volume freelancers, contractors, and long-term users.
• Personally shepherd large-value P2P FX requests so they do not get stuck in queues.
• Onboard premium users into higher-tier limits, guiding them through Tier-2 verification.
• Coordinate with operations to fast-track urgent cross-border transfers.
• Collect product feedback from power users and feed it back into the roadmap.

• Impeccable Communication: Your written and spoken English is flawless. You handle frustrated users with empathy and absolute courtesy.
• Problem Solver: When a P2P FX request hits a delay, you do not panic. You find alternatives and keep the user calm and updated.
• Coverage Discipline: You commit to clear coverage hours and respond fully inside those hours, every time. You are not on call 24/7, but during your window you are fully present.
• Financial Fluency: You understand how P2P FX, Payoneer, PayPal balances, and Nigerian banking actually work in practice.
